Returns & Exchanges

At BEARPAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original BEARPAW box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the packing slip included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
